These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and GameList ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using GameList, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

License and Use

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GameList for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Server Listings

By listing a gaming server on GameList, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to list the server
• The server information provided is accurate and truthful
• The server complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The server does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• You will maintain the server in accordance with the game's terms of service

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users
• Posting spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in any form of fraud or deception

VIP Services

VIP services are provided on a subscription basis. By purchasing a VIP plan, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee in accordance with the selected plan
• Understand that VIP benefits are non-refundable
• Accept that VIP status will expire at the end of the subscription period
• Understand that we may modify VIP benefits with notice

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GameList, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the materials on GameList, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer

The materials on GameList are provided on an 'as is' basis. GameList makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
